Dear JR,

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how pleased Sheryl and I are with the painting you recently completed forus.

When Sheryl told me of her idea to have you bisit our condo on South Padre Island and paint a beach scene from the balcony, I was a little skeptical. I couldn't imagine in my wildest dreams that it would look so wonderful and so much like the adtual beach and Gulf of Mexido itself.

We have placed your painting in the prominent poistion in our Dallas home and it reminds me of South Padre Island every time we look at it.

Thanks again for bringing a little big of Padre to Dallas.
